š”Whatās your REASON? Your WHY?
This isnāt your goal, as in your workout goal or money goal.
This is your REASON for having your goal.
The WHY or REASON is the purpose, cause or belief that drives every one of us.
Obviously, without it, we arenāt motivated.
Iām often asked WHY I do what I do? š§
I love helping myself and others grow and change for the better.

ā¢I love the feeling of my heart pounding when I run.
ā¢I love the look of muscle and creating change in my body.
ā¢I love creating business - itās exciting! Itās a roller coaster for sure!
ā¢I love having control of my own financial well-being and future!
ā¢I love teaching and watching people āget itā when weāre working out or learning their bodies.
ā¢I love helping people get healthier.
ā¢I love knowing that helping others get healthier helps their entire lives: their work, relationships, families etc.
On days like today, when Iām tired and pressed snooze- twice! I think about all of this.
